We offer FAST & FREE Standard UK Delivery, and LOW COST Express UK Delivery and International Delivery Options

Standard deliveries will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt, unless otherwise stated in the product description, for example personalised gifts, larger items, out of stock items and furniture.  We use Royal Mail 1st Class for lighter orders or a reputable courier service for heavier orders.

Express and International delivery is not available on certain lines and this will usually be detailed in the product description, please contact us with any queries at sales@grandbaby.co.uk

Standard UK Delivery is FREE on ALL orders for UK and BFPO Addresses.

Express UK Delivery

Order by 11am Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the SAME DAY via Royal Mail 1st Class service or a next day service from a reputable courier and subject to these services will be with you the next day.

International Delivery - Choose Light or Heavy

To offer our international customers cost effective delivery options you can now choose "My package will be LIGHT" or "My package will be HEAVY" to take advantage of the delivery rates above.

My package will be LIGHT

Typically under 2 kilo's in weight and consisting of soft toys, rag dolls, cuddle blankets, light wooden items, and clothing.

My package will be HEAVY

Over 2 kilo's in weight and consisting of wooden toys, nursery items, etc.

I am unsure

Don't worry, we are offering these options to improve our customer experience, if you are not sure whether your order and package will be light or heavy, choose light, we will calculate your delivery costs based on your order contents and will contact you if we cannot ship your order and require you take the "Heavy" option. This may mean you are required to pay additional delivery costs in order for your order to be dispatched. You will have the option to change your order, or recieve an immediate refund if required.
